TexFile The Official E-Filing System for Texas

Beginning this year, TexFile will allow attorneys and litigants to initiate new cases and file subsequent pleadings and documents online − anytime, anywhere − in a secure and cost-effective manner. This means most of the business of Texas courts will be conducted in a paperless environment.

This is an exciting time for Texas courts and we look forward to working with you throughout this process!
